Thursday, January 1st - Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God - 11:00am

Holy days of obligation are feast days in which Catholics are required to attend Mass. Canada has two holy days of obligation: December 25th - the Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord and January 1st - the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God.
