Volunteer Screeners Needed

Another news item is "The parish is looking for Volunteer Screeners. As Volunteers begin their ministry, it is necessary to ensure that all vulnerable persons (youth, the aged, the Sick etc.) who will interact with any Volunteer are assured that the parish follows safe environment guidelines of the Archdiocese and the Province of Ontario. These Screeners will receive a brief online workshop from the Archdiocese and be entrusted with filing police background checks and communicating safe environment procedures.
